Man in custody after allegedly trespassing, taking photos from Center City rooftops

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (WTXF) - A man is in custody after trespassing in Rittenhouse Square and taking photos from rooftops.

Surveillance video from the Dorchester Condos shows the suspect taking photos after allegedly cutting the wire to a door leading to the roof.

Authorities say the suspect was also seen on the roof of the Sonesta Hotel in September.

The man has not yet been charged, but he could face criminal trespass charges.
