Man Robs Wawa With Large Knife

WTXF- PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia Police are seeking a man who they say robbed a Wawa location in Northeast Philadelphia while brandishing a large knife.

According to police, the incident took place at 3:43 a.m. on December 15, at 10550 Knights Road. The man entered the store, held up the knife and demanded money. After an employee placed a large amount of money in a plastic bag, the man fled into a wooded area:

The suspect is described as a white male, 5'8″-5'9″, 150-160 lbs, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt turned inside out, black pants, black boots, sunglasses, and armed with a large knife.
