Man stable after he was shot in the street

WISSINOMING (WTXF) - Police are looking for the person who shot a man on the street in Philadelphia's Wissinoming section.

They say it happened at about 1am Sunday morning along the 4200 block of E. Cheltenham Avenue.

The 48-year-old was shot once in the leg and taken to the hospital.

There is no word yet on a motive for the shooting.
