Man stable after Holmesburg shooting

HOLMESBURG (WTXF) - Philadelphia Police are investigating a shooting in the city's Holmesburg neighborhood.

The incident occurred on the 7400 block of Rowland Avenue around 12:20 p.m.

Police say a 21-year-old man was shot one time in the stomach by an unknown suspect. The victim was transported to Aria Torresdale Hospital in stable condition.

No arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing.
