Man wanted for stealing package delivered to someone else

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Police released video from Monday showing an unidentified man walking in the 1300 block of N. 7th Street when he noticed a package that was delivered and left on someone's front step.

The video shows him walking by once, then back, and apparently going through recycling left on the sidewalk.

At about 11 a.m., when that material got taken away and the coast seemed clear, police say he went up the victim's steps, examined the package and then left with it.

He was last seen heading south on N. 7th Street.
