MISSING: Gold Alert issued for 31-year-old man from Delaware

NEW CASTLE, Del. (WTXF) - Police are asking for the public's help locating a man missing from New Castle, Delaware.

Officers issued a Gold Alert Saturday for 31-year-old Michael Rubini, who had reportedly left his home in the Crossgates community and made statements that caused concern for his welfare.

Rubini is described as a white man who is 5-foot-10 and weighs 165 pounds. He has brown hair, green eyes and was last seen wearing a red baseball cap with a gray sweatshirt, blue jeans and brown work boots. He also has a tattoo of his last name across the back of his shoulders.
