Missing man, 19, last seen at Made in America Festival

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Philadelphia Police are searching for a missing man who was last seen at the Made in America Festival Sunday night.

Nelson Armstrong, 19, was last seen Sunday night around 11:30 p.m. at the festival. Police say Armstrong, who is from Oregon, was separated from his friends and is not familiar with the Philadelphia area.

He is described as 5'10", 165 lbs., with a thin build, brown eyes, and brown, curly hair.

He was last seen wearing a tan bucket hat, black button down shirt, nylon dry shorts, navy sneakers, and a leather chain necklace with a stone attached.
