Monday last day to register for Pa. election

HARRISBURG (WTXF) - Voters are running out of time to register for the Pennsylvania primary.

Voters must register with their parties by Monday. Since Pennsylvania holds closed primary elections, you must be a member of a given party to vote for that party's candidate.

Pennsylvania's primary will be held on May 15.

The state is holding elections for one U.S. Senate seat, 18 U.S. House seats, governor and lieutenant governor, 25 state Senate seats, and 203 state House seats.
