More than 20 shots fired at man, woman sitting in car outside Philly home
PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia police are looking for shooters they believe opened fire on a car with a man and woman inside late Monday night.
The double shooting unfolded outside a home on the 5900 block of Algon Avenue in Crecentville around 11:30 p.m.
A man was shot in the neck, while a woman was shot in the shoulder. Both are 22 years old, and said to be in stable condition.
"They're both very, very lucky," said Police Chief Scott Small.
