Northeast Philly power outage sends dozens into the cold

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Dozens of people are without power in bitterly cold temperatures in Northeast Philadelphia.

Officials sent a SEPTA bus to the scene on the 9600 block of Ashton Road to keep residents warm while Red Cross sets up a temporary shelter.
