The incident occurred in the parking lot of the Food Outlet on Temple Avenue when a bystander reportedly witnessed Hannah smoking drugs in her car while a small child was in the backseat, according to the police report.

When approached by police, Hannah allegedly threw a foil wrapper out the window and told police she wasn't doing anything. Inside the foil wrapper, investigators reportedly found a half-burnt Oxycodone pill.

Inside the car, straws and several other burnt wrappers were found, and Hannah admitted to smoking "Roxies" occasionally, according to the police report.

The witness told police she was concerned for the well-being of the 2-year-old child in the backseat of the car, as smoking pills can release a toxic vapor.

Hannah's 2-year-old child was turned over to his grandparents. Hannah was charged with narcotics possession, reckless conduct, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was transported to the Coweta County Jail and released Sunday on a $5,700 bond.
