Oil Tanker Overturns in Kennett Township

WTXF - A propane tanker has overturned and is leaking in Kennett Township in Chester County.

A Hazmat team has been dispatched to the scene, where the tank is leaking, at the Route 1 bypass between Newark Rd and Rt 82.
