One person dies after house fire in Chestnut Hill

CHESTNUT HILL (WTXF) - One person has died after a house fire in Chestnut Hill.

Firefighters responded to the 500 block of West Moreland Avenue Saturday evening to battle a fire in a home.

Firefighters were able to get the fire under control around 10 p.m.

Officials say one person died and the Fire Marshal's Office is investigating.
