Pedestrian killed during accident on New Jersey Turnpike

HAMILTON TWP, NJ (WTXF) - A pedestrian was killed after being struck by a vehicle on the New Jersey Turnpike early Monday morning.

The incident occurred on the outer roadway northbound, south of interchange 7A-I-195 in Hamilton Township around 4:00 a.m.

The left lane of the turnpike has been blocked.
