Pedestrian struck, killed by dump truck driver in Bensalem
BENSALEM, Pa. (WTXF) - Police in Bensalem are investigating an incident after a pedestrian was struck and killed by a dump truck in a parking lot Tuesday morning.
Offices responded to the Penn Jersey Truck and Trailer Diesel Repair on the 2900 block of State Road around 11 a.m.
When officers arrived at the scene they found a man lying in the parking lot after police say he was struck by a tri-axle dump truck that had been traveling in the parking lot.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the truck also remained on scene and was cooperating with investigators.
