Person struck and killed on Route 13 in Bristol

BRISTOL, Pa. (WTXF) - Police are investigating the death of a person who was struck and killed by a vehicle in Bristol, Pa.

The accident took place shortly after 3:30 a.m. Saturday on Route 13 near Beaver Dam Road.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the vehicle that struck the victim did stop following the accident.

No word yet as to whether charges will be filed.
