Philadelphia Homicides Surpass 2014 Total

PHILADELPHIA- WTXF - Philadelphia has now, on November 23, passed the 2014 total for city homicides.

Monday's double homicide on Jasper Street in Kensington brought the 2015 total to 249, surpassing the 2014 number of 247.

According to Philadelphia Police statistics, there were 246 homicides in the city in 2013, and 331 in 2012.
