Philadelphia Police investigate a fatal shooting in Tioga

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (WTXF) - Philadelphia Police are investigating a shooting which left a man dead in North Philadelphia.

Authorities say the call came just after 4 p.m. at the 3300 block of North Smedley in the Tioga section. Upon arrival, police found a 24-year-old man shot multiple times.

The victim was transported to Temple Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

This is an on-going investigation. Police say there are no suspects in custody.
