Philadelphia police search for missing 14-year-old

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Philadelphia police say they are searching for a missing 14-year-old girl.

According to police, on Monday, September 19 around 7:00 a.m., 14-year-old Taj'i Jones was last seen at her residence on the 2400 block of W. Glenwood Street. She attends TECH Freire Charter School located at 2200 N. Broad Street. It is believed that Taj'i did not return home due to an issue at school, according to police.

Taj'i is 5'1", 140lbs, with a medium build, brown eyes, dark brown complexion, and long brown braided hair; she was last seen wearing a gray and red school shirt with "Freire" written on the front, black or blue jeans, and black low-top Converse sneakers.
