Police: 13-year-old boy missing from West Philadelphia

WEST PHILADELPHIA (FOX 29) - Police are asking for the public's help locating a teenage boy missing from West Philadelphia.

Javier Bey, 13, was last seen at 7 a.m. Tuesday on the 4900 block of Westminster Avenue

Police describe Bey as 5-foot-3 and 110 pounds with a thin build, medium complexion, brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing dark blue pants, a black hoodie sweatshirt and grey sneakers.
