Police: 2 killed after car slams into apartment building

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Police say a woman and a man died after a car slammed into an apartment building in Northeast Philadelphia.

It happened around 4 p.m. Thursday on Oxford Avenue.

According to police, the car crashed into two parked cars, a tree, then hit the building.

Investigators are looking into what happened.
