Police: 2-women street brawl ended with 1 stabbed

MILLVILLE, N.J. (AP) - Authorities say a street brawl between two women ended when one stabbed the other multiple times.

Millville police found the injured woman when they responded to the 500 block of E. Oak Street around 10:45pm Saturday.

The woman was taken to a hospital and remained there Sunday in stable condition. But further details on her injuries have not been disclosed.

Authorities have not said why the women were fighting. No other injuries were reported in the incident.

No charges have been filed so far, but authorities say the investigation into the stabbing is ongoing.
