Police: Arrest made in fatal shooting in southwest Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (WTXF) - Philadelphia Police are investigating a fatal shooting on the city's southwest side.

Investigators say a little after 6 p.m. Sunday, November 12, a woman was shot inside of a residence on the 6800 block of Dicks Avenue.

Police say the woman had been shot once in the head. First responders pronounced the woman dead at the scene.

Investigators say that an arrest has been made in this incident.
