Police: Brothers ambushed, shot and killed outside Southwest Philly homes
SOUTHWEST PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Police are investigating following a double shooting that has left two brothers dead in Southwest Philadelphia.
The incident took place around 5:45 a.m. Tuesday on the 6500 block of Kingsessing Avenue.
According to police, the 50-something brothers lived next door to each other and were on their way to work when they were ambushed, shot and killed. Police say 14 shots were fired. One brother died on the scene, while the other died at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.
