Police ID man sought for Chinatown stabbing death

Philadelphia police have identified a man they say fatally stabbed another man in Chinatown on Monday.

The incident occurred around 5 a.m. at Tirus Kitchen on the 1000 block of Appletree Street.

Police say Tong Wu, 23, fatally stabbed a 21-year-old man two times in the chest. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators say Wu is between 5'8" and 5'11" and weighs between 200 and 230 pounds. His last known address is on the 1000 block of Arch Street.

Wu is known to frequent Chinatown and the Reading Terminal Market area.
