Police investigate after infant found unresponsive in Port Richmond

PORT RICHMOND (WTXF) - Police are investigating after a baby was found unresponsive in Port Richmond Saturday morning.

According to investigators, officers responded to the 2900 block of East Thompson Street about 10:45 a.m. March 17, where they found an unresponsive 11-month-old girl.

Medics were able to revive the baby. Police say the child was transported to St. Christopher's Hospital for Children where she is listed in stable condition.

Authorities say they are continuing their investigation.
