Police investigate cause of fire at mini-market in North Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Authorities are investigating an early morning fire at a North Philly mini-market.

It happened at the De Los Santos Mini Market on the corner of Daughin and 25th streets.

Police say the fire started around 1 a.m. and crews placed it under control within an hour.

One person was taken to Temple Hospital with unknown injuries, according to police.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
