Police investigate crash involving box truck, car in Delaware County

NETHER PROVIDENCE TWP., PA (WTXF) - Police in Delaware County are investigating a serious accident involving a car and a box truck Monday afternoon.

The crash occurred shortly before noon in the area of South Providence Road and Chester Road in Nether Providence Township.

SKYFOX was over the scene of the crash, revealing heavy damage to the car, which had ended up partially underneath the box truck.

There is no word yet on any injuries.

The road was shut down pending further investigation.
