Police investigate homicide on Lancaster Ave.

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Police are investigating a homicide in West Philly.

The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. Saturday morning near 52nd & Lancaster Ave.

When officers arrived, they found a male in the driver's sear of a vehicle suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

He was taken to Penn-Presbyterian hospital where he died from his injuries.

Police have not identified any suspects at this time. They continue to search for the shooter.
