Police investigate white supremacist flyers left at homes in Abington Township
ROSYLN, Pa. (AP) - Police in suburban Philadelphia say racist flyers were found on several homes.
Authorities say white supremacist flyers were discovered in Abington Wednesday. The letters encourage people to join the Ku Klux Klan and describe "white pride."
Community members say the flyers are disturbing.
Abington Police Chief Patrick Molloy says this hate group, which claims affiliation with the KKK, wants publicity and to make a name for themselves.
Molloy says there were similar incidents in other parts of Montgomery County.
An investigation is ongoing.
