Police investigating homicide in Tacony

TACONY, Pa. (WTXF) - Police are investigating a homicide that happened Sunday night.

It happened around 5:30 p.m. on the highway near 6900 Hegerman Street.

Police say a 20-year-old man was shot once under his left arm pit.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

This is an active and ongoing investigation.
