Police: Man, 29, gunned down in East Falls may have been targeted

EAST FALLS (FOX 29) - Philadelphia police are investigating a shooting that left one man dead in East Falls late Wednesday night.

The shooting happened around 11:30 p.m. in the Abbottsford Homes Development on Berkeley Drive.

The 29-year-old victim later identified as Deangelo Osborne was shot three times in the chest, and was rushed to the hospital where he died.

Police believe the victim may have been targeted and that he lived in the area.

No arrests have been made.
