Police: Man shot twice, being uncooperative

LOGAN (WTXF) - A man who was shot twice overnight in Logan is not cooperating with the investigation, according to police.

The victim was hit in the chest and left leg, and reported in stable condition.

It happened at about 1:30 a.m. at the intersection of 13th and Ruscomb streets.

He is reportedly in stable condition but not even giving authorities his name.
