Police: Man steals cigarettes in Upper Chichester convenience store break-in
UPPER CHICHESTER, Pa. (FOX 29) - Police say they are searching for a man who broke into a convenience store in Upper Chichester.
"I saw him clearly right clearly on my surveillance camera," 'Fresh N' Easy' store owner Charlie Patel said.
Patel says the man smashed his way in before sunrise Easter morning. According to police, the man took cartons of cigarettes and change from the cash drawer.
According to police, they are looking for a man identified as 59-year-old Joseph Palmer who is believed to be local.
