Police recover loaded magazine found in classroom at Oxford Circle elementary school

PHILADELPHA (WTXF) - Laura H. Carnell Elementary School in Oxford Circle was placed on lockdown after police recovered a loaded magaizne in a classroom on Monday.

Authorities did not recovere a weapon during their search.
