Police release sketch of Perkiomen Trail indecent exposure suspect
Upper Salford Township, Pa. (WTXF) - Police say they are searching for a man who exposed himself to a woman on the Perkiomen Trail.
On a 70 degree spring evening, joggers and walkers like Dawn Lauman took to the Perkiomen Trail Monday night enjoying the weather, but not the news that police say a man is out there exposing himself.
"It's kinda creepy, but again it can happen anywhere right," Laumann told FOX 29 Monday night. "I do walk at night sometimes."
State police say it happened last Tuesday around 5:30 p.m. on the trail between Hendricks Road and Baghurst Drive in Upper Salford Township that's when a man approached a female jogger and exposed himself.
A state police sketch shows the suspect with a discolored front tooth and a khaki bucket style hat. He was wearing a white tank top, red shorts and carrying a black backpack, according to police.
State police say the suspect is about 5'10" and weighs 190 to 200 pounds. Anyone with information can call the State Police Skippack Barracks in Schwenksville.
