Police Release Surveillance Video in Double Shooting

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) Philadelphia police are investigating a shooting in the city's Tioga section.

The shooting happened around 7:45 Tuesday night. Police say a 13-year-old was shot 5 times; 4 times in the leg and suffered a graze wound to his back. His 20-year-old brother was shot in the butt, according to police.

Both are in stable condition at Temple University Hospital. So far, no arrests have been made.
