Police searching for missing 13-year-old girl

PHILADELPHIA (FOX 29) - Philadelphia police are searching for a missing 13-year-old girl who has not been seen since Wednesday morning.

Police say tha Shavon McGarrell was last spotted on the 5000 block of Kershaw Street around 7:30 a.m.

Shavon is described as 4'4, 100 pounds with brown eyes and black curly hair. According to authorities, she was wearing a black jacket and blue jeans at the time of her disappearance.
