Police searching for shooting suspect in Upper Kensington

Philadelphia Police are searching for a suspect involved in an Upper Kensington shooting.

The incident occurred on November 4 at 7:45 p.m. in the area of the 400 block of East Indiana Avenue.

Officers were on patrol in the area when they heard gunshots. They searched the area for witnesses and victims, but found none.

Three 9mm casings were located on the 400 block of East Indiana Avenue.

Surveillance video in the area that was recovered shows an unknown male pulling a handgun and randomly firing shots into the air.

A short time later, the suspect returns and again fires shots into the air before fleeing the scene in an unknown direction.

The suspect has been described as a 20-year-old Hispanic male.
