Police Seek Armed Robber

PHILADELPHIA- WTXF - Philadelphia Police are looking to apprehend an armed robbery suspect who was caught on security footage robbing a Crowned Chicken restaurant on Chelten Avenue.

The robbery took place on December 14, when a male entered the restaurant, acted as though he was making a purchase, and then pulled a handgun, demanded money and threatened the clerk, stating "don't talk and give me the money" and "if you talk I will shoot."

The suspect then fled on foot.

The suspect is described as Black male, 25-30 years-of-age, around six feet tall, dark complected, with a scruffy beard, thin build, wearing a light blue American Eagle hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and armed with a handgun.
