Police Seek Man Who Fired Random Shots in the Air

PHILADELPHIA- WTXF - Police are searching for a man who was caught on surveillance video pulling a handgun and firing several shots in the air.

The incident took place at 7:45 p.m. on November 4. Police say the man arrived at the area of 400 East Indiana Avenue and randomly fired several shots; after leaving, he later returned and fired more.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, around 20 years old.
