Police seek public's help in locating 14-year-old missing girl

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Philadelphia Police are asking the public for help finding a missing 14-year-old girl.

According to police, Noemie Espada was last seen on the 6100 block of Castor Avenue on Tuesday.

Investigators describe Espada as 5'6" and 155 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a yellow and white striped dress. According to reports, police have reason to believe she may be heading towards Florida.

Anyone with information on Espada's whereabouts are urged to contact police.
