Police: Suspect punches, bites SEPTA bus driver

Philadelphia Police are looking for a man they say attacked a SEPTA bus driver earlier this month in South Philadelphia.

The incident occurred back on August 3 rd on the Route 37 bus around 3:00 a.m.

Police say the suspect exited the bus on the 2000 block of South Broad Street, and began to argue with the driver. That's when surveillance footage shows the suspect getting back on the bus and attacking the driver with punches, before slamming his head onto the dashboard.

The suspect then bit the driver in the face, and fled the scene in an unknown direction.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
