Raw footage shows firefighters surrounded by flames in Ca. wildfire

SONOMA COUNTY, Ca. (WTXF) - The fires in California have been devastating for the area. This is video from the Petaluma Fire Department's Engine 9384, in Sonoma County, CA, Instagram account. This video depicts what the firefighters across the region are facing.

In this raw video, one firefighter can be heard saying, "We've got to get out of this," after their fire engine is surrounded on all sides by flames. This fire department was eventually pushed out by the fire. Along with two other fire companies, they were able to save at least 20 structures in this Santa Rosa neighborhood.

The Associated Press reports that at least forty people have been confirmed dead, with hundreds still missing in this wildfire that has devastated much of Northern California since October 8.
