Red light runner blamed for crash into power pole, building

A woman who ran a red light is blamed for causing a major early morning crash in North Philadelphia that involved a second car, a power pole and also a building.

Police say the two cars hit at about 5:20am. Then, the impact sent one out of control and careening into a two-story brick building.

It also brought down a power pole.
