Water main break in West Philadelphia repaired: officials

PHILADELPHIA - Road crews quickly repaired a broken water main that impacted residents Wednesday morning in West Philadelphia.
Officials say the 20-inch pipe that broke near the intersection of 62nd Street and Woodbine Avenue was repaired just after 7:30 a.m.
The break flooded part of the street and closed the roadway to traffic.
Officials say residents impacted by the water main break should now have service restored.
