Scattered storms throughout Saturday of holiday weekend

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Philadelphia and nearing counties face hot, scattered storms throughout Saturday.

After a partly sunny and hot 90 degree morning, Saturday afternoon and evening is expected to see storms.

The greatest threat is throughout the north and west towards Lehigh Valley from 3-4 p.m. until 8 p.m.

There are advisories of wind, downpours, and hail.

Sunday will bring lots of sunshine, however. Then, the 4th of July is expected to be hot but dry with a high of 90 degrees.
