Search continues for man wanted in Juniata shooting who escaped custody

Philadelphia police say they are continuing to search for a 19-year-old who escaped police custody. According to police, he is wanted in connection with a shooting that happened on the 4000 block of L Street in Juniata.

Police say Lamic Conde escaped police custody in the area of N. 10th Street and W. Russel Street in North Philadelphia shortly before 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Police describe him as 5'8", 150 lbs. He has a red tattoo that says "Family" above the right eye and he has several tattoos around his neck as well. Conde was last seen wearing a dark colored shirt and blue jeans, according to police.

During their search, police found a heroin factory with 100-thousand dollars in drugs and guns.
