SEPTA Regional Rail to run on Early Exit schedule Wednesday

SEPTA will operate on its "Early Exit" Regional Rail schedule Wednesday afternoon due to snow.

The early schedule will be in effect starting at 1 p.m.

SEPTA will take nine trains from the evening rush hour schedule and move the service to midday to accommodate customers leaving Center City early.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch for the storm, which will bring accumulating snow, sleet and rain to the region.

Snow is expected to transition to rain during the evening rush hour and into Thursday morning.
