South Jersey man shot inside car dies

PEMBERTON, N.J. (WTXF/AP) - The man shot in his car while on the road in Pemberton, New Jersey, Tuesday night, is now confirmed dead.

Authorities say the shooting happened just before 9pm in the 100 block of Kinsley Road at Bush Street.

Police got to the scene and found Shaquille Williams inside the car with several gunshot wounds.

The 24-year-old from Browns Mills was pronounced dead at the scene.

There is no word yet on a motive and no charges have been filed.
